EMBAT is the owner of the website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text and/or graphics; or, if applicable, has a licence or express authorization from the authors or rightsholders. All the contents of the website are duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations, as well as registered in the corresponding public registers.

Regardless of the purpose for which they were intended, the total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and commercialization, in any case requires the prior written authorization of EMBAT. Any unauthorized use is considered a serious breach of the intellectual or industrial property rights of the author or rightsholder.

Any dispute in relation to this Legal Notice shall be submitted to Spanish jurisdiction, and the parties expressly agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless the applicable regulations establish the jurisdiction of other Courts and Tribunals for these purposes.

If you are a consumer, current legislation allows you to choose to file a claim to enforce your rights in relation to these terms and conditions before the court or courts corresponding to your domicile.
